Squared Effect Internship Program 2025

Paramus, NJ – There’s no better way to close out the summer than to announce the recent success of our Junior class of the Squared Effect Program!

MC² is excited to have partnered with the NJ Center for Hispanic Policy, Research, and Development (CHPRD) and HISPA for another year to guide students on their journey from promising talent to emerging professionals. Meet our latest graduates and the impact they made during their time with us.

JADEN CALAMAN

With a background in sales, Jaden explored how marketing drives lead and demand generation in support of sales. With a knack for content strategy, Jaden honed in on his abilities to aid in the creation of digital assets and content material for our digital platforms.

jENNIFER MENCHU

Having studied international business and marketing, Jennifer immersed herself in understanding MC²’s competitive landscape while strengthening her skills in copywriting and newsletter development. By pairing strategic insight with creative execution, she gained a deeper understanding of how targeted communications engage audiences, foster connections, and drive business growth.

Throughout the 8-week program, our mission remained the same: to empower aspiring young professionals in their respective areas of expertise while introducing them to the Events industry as a whole.

The Squared Effect program not only educates their interns on just skills, but also sparks a passion for inclusivity, community engagement, and the creation of meaningful experiences as they prepare for their professional journeys.
