role Description:

As a Marketing Representative, you will play a pivotal role in supporting various sales enablement processes and marketing initiatives within our organization. Your responsibilities will encompass a wide range of tasks aimed at enhancing our marketing efforts, supporting the sales team, and ensuring the smooth operation of various marketing activities.

 

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

Essential Functions:

  • Support all Sales Enablement processes, including but not limited to RFPs and RFIs, by coordinating with relevant stakeholders to gather necessary information and ensure timely completion.
  • Assist in the creation and maintenance of marketing collaterals such as blogs, one-pagers, and presentations (PPT/InDesign/Google Slides), ensuring accuracy, consistency, and alignment with company messaging and brand.
  • Provide support to the Marketing Department with the management of the Intranet, ensuring content relevancy and accessibility to internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with the team to update and maintain media content management ensuring that all assets are organized and readily available for marketing campaigns and initiatives.
  • Assist in the hiring process for photography and videography services
  • Update and maintain content on our RFI content hosting platform ensuring that information is up-to-date and accessible to relevant teams.
  • Assist in the preparation and submission of award nominations for both the company and its customers, showcasing our achievements and excellence in the industry.
  • Manage and execute social media campaigns.

  • Great communication skills

  • Champion in project management
  • Self-starter on a daily basis

What We're Looking For:

  • BS in Marketing
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on attention to detail and clarity.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, etc.) and Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign skills are a plus), with the ability to quickly learn new software tools.
  • Familiarity with email marketing platforms.
  • Self-starter with the ability to take initiative and work independently, while also collaborating effectively within a team environment.
  • Experience in project management, particularly in managing timeline-driven tasks and delivering results within set deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the event industry is a plus.
  • Experience in video content creation is a plus.
