Account Manager – Paramus, NJ

We are seeking an Account Manager to serve as a liaison between all internal departments to ensure continued progress of client workflow. This role also serves as a key contributor in a complex and crucial environment.

Key Responsibilities
Essential Functions:
  • Lead efforts, in conjunction with Director(s) and/or Sales, to build, maintain and manage client relationships. 
  • Research and understand client business and goals. Troubleshoot and manage client questions and concerns.
  • Acts as liaison to client, leading client meetings, fulfilling requests, adjusting requirements as appropriate, recording changes.
  • Develops, executes, and maintains project schedule ensuring project team meets all requirements including both internal and client deadlines. 
  • Prepares the scope of work outline to facilitate the creation of the sales contract.
  • Estimates and submits project show services.
  • Prepares and distributes show site labor packet.
  • Maintains project folders with all client and project documentation stored in company approved SharePoint folders throughout the project.
  • Reconciles project costs including labor, show services and change orders, prepares client invoices and gathers approvals before sending them for processing. 
  • Compiles project performance information and coordinate a post-show review with the internal team.
  • Performs other duties in support of client services
  • Manages sub-contractors
 
Non-Essential Functions:
  • Monitors show floor activity to ensure compliance with project plan
  • Functions as on-site producer at shows
  • Manages client files
  • Facilitates client viewings
  • Independently manages house accounts
 
Qualifications
  • BS in Marketing or equivalent experience
  • Minimum of 2-year trade show, exhibit, events, or related experience with a general understanding of fabrication
  • Ability to read set-up prints
  • Ability to source materials
  • Knowledge of exhibit operations and procedures
  • PC skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Web
  • Excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
  • Proven ability to multi-task, manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and effectively problem solve
  • Strong customer service skills
