Toyota Motors North America, transitioning their headquarters from Torrance, California to Plano, Texas, wanted to celebrate the 4,200 full-time employees and their families who made the move. This monumental event, called ToyotaFest, gave the crowd of over 10,000 the chance to tour the new campus and thank them for their sacrifice and support.
MC² produced the event, covering 22-acre festival grounds— that’s as big as 14 football fields—comprising five concert stages with ten different bands playing throughout the day, including headline acts like Maroon 5.
Over three weeks, MC² pitched 44 tents and installed 32 vehicle displays, 37 interactive games, 2 mechanical bulls, a monster truck and a Ferris wheel.
The festival’s nine activation areas included a welcome area, a racing track, an Olympic pavilion, a beer garden, a tailgate zone, a Lexus pavilion, a kids’ zone, a Taste of Texas food plaza and a main stage concert.
