MC² (MC-squared), an MCH Group AG Company, is an award-winning brand experience solutions agency. We’re seeking an entrepreneurial-minded Creative Director to join our amazing team of passionate experiential marketers and event producers.

The Creative Director will collaborate with our existing strategy, graphic design, environmental design, business development, and account management teams. This person must be comfortable presenting to executives across multiple industries. The ideal candidate should be an expert in marketing, branding, and creative development to drive emotional engagements, whether live, virtual, or hybrid.


Position Summary/General Description:


  • Bridge strategy and design with an impactful creative treatment aimed at achieving client goals.
  • Author Creative Briefs to rationalize your creative and organize cross-functional teams in responding to RFPs from prospects and clients.
  • Develop multi-sensory experiences to bring brands to life and inspire action among audiences, both live and virtual.
  • Amplify experience design by shaping meaningful brand interactions throughout an attendee’s journey.
  • Lead discovery sessions and workshops internally and with both prospects and clients.
  • Orchestrate creative deliverables by translating RFPs and Strategy Briefs to cohesive proposals.
  • Present your creative vision to prospects and clients via dynamic in-person and virtual meetings.
  • Zero ego: Transparent with intentions, goals, and expectations.



  • 8-to-15 years’ experience in consulting, agency, advertising, or brand side.
  • Be an exceptional storyteller.
  • Promote successful client and agency relationships.
  • Expert written and verbal skills.
  • Well-versed in the latest experiential and digital marketing trends.
  • Experience with top-tier companies and marketing programs.
  • Knowledge of the latest technologies and how to apply them to creative concepts.
  • A strong track record of manifesting brands’ marketing strategies in the digital and physical space.
  • An ability to navigate an organization’s varying stakeholders and create consensus.
  • Empathetic leader with a track record of leading diverse teams.
  • Able to work independently and across geographies.
  • An understanding of audience needs across various sectors; technology, CPG, automotive, construction and beverage…etc.
  • Effectively manage and lead multiple projects simultaneously.
